'Yoga Cove' approaches it's instruction with respect to Yoga's deep traditions but also mindful to modern developments. The schedule is built to deliver a cohesive, effective, evolving study and practice of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. This is done through presenting the teachings of great instructors throughout Yoga’s long and rich history. The practice, along with steady scientific developments, has led up to the traditional and modernized presentation we are pleased to offer you.
We have just a few rules so that we can all focus and enjoy a great studio practice and respect one another.
- No cells phones. Please put on vibrate if there is a rare emergency.
- Ensure you are on time for class. It is best to plan to show up 5-10 minutes early.
- Be mindful that you do not have a distracting odor.
